Kim is that rare Executive Manager:  someone who makes you feel like you’re family in terms of unstinting support and pretty much around-the-clock availability matched to peerless attention to detail and absolute discretion.  An EM is (for me, at any rate) one of the most difficult hires because there is no JD.  One minute they need to book a flight (and understand just which seat in which cabin on which rig) and the next they need to send your Mom flowers (because they remembered Mothers’ Day) having just arranged a banner for your daughter’s lemonade stand.  Kim manages to do all of that whilst making you feel that your requests are completely normal (everyone orders panettone from a small bakery they once visited in Bovolone that probably had ‘blue or brown packaging’) and when you need her at 05:00 because you flight from Hong Kong is cancelled she’s there for you.  If perfection were to exist (and Kim understands that I think it does) then she’s it.  In fact, I slightly hesitated writing this testimonial in case it leads to more work for her team and less pandering to my inane requests.  In 25 years of PAs, EAs and EMs, no one else even comes close.
